With the 2019 NBA and NHL champions officially crowned, it’s time to shift the focus to summer, and that means baseball season! While the MLB season has been underway for a couple months already, July and August is when the real fun starts. This is when the postseason picture starts to unfold and we have a larger sample size to gauge who the contenders are and who the pretenders are.
But before we get into playoff talk, we need to take the time to enjoy the annual midsummer classic. The 2019 MLB All-Star Game is scheduled to take place at Progressive Field in Cleveland on Tuesday, July 9th, and with festivities fast approaching, we get our first look at the new MLB All-Star fitted hats that have been released!
Even with the new selection process, the league is mandated to have at least one player from each MLB team represented in the All-Star game. With that being said, in addition to looking at the fitted hats for each team, I am also going to include one selection from each team that I feel is deserving of the honour to represent their city!
